2 day Workshop Eastern Body Practices - Thai/Anma/Shiatsu in Vuno, Albania
Thai Bodywork | Anma | Shiatsu
A hands-on journey into the wisdom of traditional Eastern healing arts
In this 2-day workshop, we will explore three powerful traditions that speak the language of the body through touch, rhythm, and presence. Each modality offers a unique approach, yet all share a common goal — restoring balance, releasing tension, and awakening the body’s natural healing intelligence.
🔹 Thai Bodywork – Dynamic, flowing sequences combining rhythmic compression, stretching, and mindful movement. Work with long scarfs.
🔹 Anma – The oldest form of Japanese massage, using deep circular motions to move stagnant energy and bring nourishment to the tissues.
🔹 Shiatsu – A meridian-based practice that applies finger and palm pressure along energetic pathways to support internal harmony and relaxation.
What you will learn:
• Fundamental techniques from each tradition
• Body mechanics for safe, grounded touch
• How to listen with your hands and respond with presence
• Simple sequences that can be applied immediately in practice
• The energetic principles behind each style
Who is this for?
This training is open to massage therapists, yoga teachers, bodywork practitioners, and anyone curious to explore conscious touch. No prior experience required — come with an open heart and willingness to learn.
