“I have a profound reverence for the body. It is a vessel that carries deep and authentic truths, always revealing honesty and transparency. Regardless of what you may choose to hide or suppress within your body, it will unfailingly remind you of the importance to confront and process those experiences before they become overwhelming.

Each session of Eastern Body Practices or the  Conscious Body Language create a special space where you can readily embark on a healing journey, addressing and transforming yourself in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Esatern Body method of healing is a meditation. Liberation from the Ego. The ability to give and receive. A fresh perspective on the power of touch and transformation. By enhancing tactile sensations, you gain more information about the external world. You directly address your fears through sensory receptors located on the surface of the skin, in the joints, muscles, and tendons.

By being open to something new each day, you expand your world, stretching its boundaries until it encompasses the entire Universe.”
