Explore Sacred Places
Discover Your Own Power

Two powerful experiences come together in one journey: exploring the sacred sites of Peru and reconnecting with yourself through empowering women’s practices.

Experience the beauty of Peru while reconnecting with your Body, your Voice, and your Desires. Through conscious Movement, Breath, and Women’s circles, we’ll create space to explore your strength, embrace your softness, and ask yourself:

Who am I ready to become?

Over 10 days, we’ll travel through Cusco, the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, and Rainbow Mountain, making space for both the discovery of Peru and a deeper connection with ourselves.

Along the way, women’s practices, conscious movement, breathwork, and meditation will invite us to listen to our bodies, explore our strength and softness, and give attention to the parts of ourselves that everyday life often leaves little room for.

From the vibrant streets of Cusco to the open landscapes of the Sacred Valley, we’ll have time to explore, enjoy, and simply be. We’ll discover Peruvian cuisine, share local experiences, and learn about Andean traditions from the people who carry them. Those who wish can also join optional rituals of gratitude to the Earth, led by local guides and community members.

Together, we’ll make room for curiosity, pleasure, connection, and new possibilities—discovering beautiful places while exploring what it means to feel more fully ourselves.

THE SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS
April 2–6, 2027

Surrounded by the mountains of the Peruvian Andes, the Sacred Valley welcomes us with flowing rivers, green terraces, and villages where daily life carries generations of tradition. Also known as the Urubamba Valley, this region near Cusco offers a beautiful setting to begin our journey together.

Ancient Inca sites and the colourful markets of places such as Pisac connect us with the valley’s history and living culture. Here, we’ll have space to slow down, settle into our bodies, and open to the experience ahead.

Through women’s practices, conscious movement, and moments of quiet, we’ll begin listening to ourselves and getting to know one another—finding our own rhythm among these extraordinary mountains.

Cusco
6 APR 2027 - 11 APR 2027

Known to the Incas as the “Navel of the World,” Cusco welcomes us into a city where ancient stone walls, colonial architecture, and everyday Andean life meet. Set among Peru’s southern mountains, this UNESCO World Heritage city is a gateway to Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley.

Around the Plaza de Armas, cafés and covered walkways invite us to pause and take in the city’s rhythm. In the San Blas neighbourhood, narrow streets, whitewashed houses, and blue balconies lead to artisan workshops filled with handmade treasures.

From Korikancha to the famous twelve-angled stone, Cusco’s history unfolds through its streets and sacred places. It’s a place to walk with curiosity, notice the details, and connect with the culture that gives this journey its setting.

MEET YOUR RETREAT FACILITATOR
Serafima Di
Founder of the Conscious Body School USA

For more than 16 years, Serafima has explored the relationship between the Body, Conscious touch, and Self-awareness. Her work brings together Eastern body practices and women’s practices, creating space for women to reconnect with their feelings, their strength, and their ability to choose.

She leads the Conscious Body School in Russia and the USA, sharing her work internationally, including in Ireland, Egypt, Indonesia, and Thailand. Her approach invites curiosity, sensitivity, and respect for each woman’s individual experience.

“The Body Is Our First Teacher.”

This understanding is at the heart of Serafima’s work. Through movement, breath, and conscious touch, she invites us to notice how we relate to ourselves and others—where we feel open, where we hold back, and what we need to feel comfortable expressing ourselves.

Her background includes more than 3,500 hours of training in Eastern bodywork, with studies under Mukti Michael Buck, at the Sunshine School in Chiang Mai, with traditional Mexican midwife Angelina Martinez Miranda, and with Master Ohashi. She has also studied at the ATIH School in Arizona and presented at the Canadian Massage Conference in 2021 and 2022.

During Our Journey Together

Serafima will guide the women’s practices woven into our travels through Peru. Through conscious movement, breath, touch, and shared reflection, we’ll explore how strength and softness, personal boundaries and connection can exist together.

At the heart of her invitation is the freedom to feel more fully yourself—to listen to your body, recognise your desires, and give your own voice a place in the choices you make.
