* Practice exercises focused on opening and freeing the hips to enhance feminine energy flow.
* Set intentions for the upcoming year, aligning our goals with our higher purpose.
* Immerse ourselves in tantric women's practices of consciousness and self-discovery.
* Activate our light bodies and work deeply with intuition and inner guidance.
* Engage in a "Wrapping ceremony" to restore and empower our feminine strength.
* Learn to work with herbs, including how to prepare powerful herbal baths for self-care and ritual.
* Explore the balance between male and female energies, learning how to work harmoniously with both.
* Engage in partner practices that deepen connection and understanding.
* Explore the ancient concept of the Merkabah and how it relates to our spiritual journey.

About your Guide
Serafima Di
Founder/Owner of the Conscious Body School
Serafima Di chose her path as a practitioner of body practices over fifteen years ago. For her, Conscious Touch has become one of the most valuable earthly experiences.
Currently, Serafima heads the School of Body Practices "Art of the Conscious Body" in Russia and the USA. Her classes on body therapy and women's practices span across the globe, including countries such as Ireland, Egypt, Indonesia, and Thailand.
"I see any body practice as a method of seeing oneself in another person, which helps eliminate unnecessary boundaries in the perception of Duality.
During training, we learn not to fear the Body, restoring natural tactile communication as the foundation of interpersonal exchange. The ability to touch, to express one's feelings non-verbally, is one of the keys to interacting with the surrounding world. We use gentle, harmonious techniques from dynamic Thai massage, anma, and shiatsu, based on the system of chakras and meridians, to understand the workings of the energy bodies and their connection to the physical body.
"The physical body is a wonderful companion, a guide into a world where we gain invaluable experience, discovering ourselves, our true Path, and our purpose. Through this intermediary of our true Self, we can appreciate the beauty of the surrounding world, feel the full spectrum of human emotions, touch love, and learn to create."
The Body is our first Teacher.
Serafima has completed over 3500 hours of training in Eastern therapy in the USA under the guidance of Mukti Michael Buck. She has also studied with various masters, including training at the Sunshine School in Chiang Mai, Thailand, with Angelina Martinez Miranda in Mexico, a hereditary Mexican midwife, with Master Ohashi in Japan, who developed the Ohashi Method, and with the students of Drunvalo Melchizedek at the ATIH School in Arizona, USA. Serafima was a speaker at the Canadian Conference of Body Therapists in 2021/2022.
Conscious Body Practice is rooted in the fundamental principles of Interconnection and Exchange, emphasizing the inherent connection among all of us. This practice stems from the understanding that our actions, words, touches, and the ability to experience and demonstrate love are intricately intertwined, creating an extensive network of collective Consciousness. We begin to realize that each individual and their interactions contribute to the overall energy matrix, which is a collective responsibility for harmony and well-being in society.
