Red Desert - Rite to Return

Sedona Workshop for Women

29 May -1 June 2026

29 May -1 June 2026

In modern life, we have almost lost touch with our true feminine nature and the surrounding Reality. We have become so attached to systems and societal programs that we feel suffocated by illusions.

Now more than ever, we need the support of women's circles—a return to the foundations laid by our ancestors and deep-rooted traditions. The purpose of this gathering is to Recreate Women's Harmonious Structures and Restore Health, which are vital for both our individual well-being and the balance of the world.

- - -

When a woman is healthy — not only physically, but also emotionally and spiritually — she becomes a source of strength not only for herself, but for many people around her.

Today the world needs such women more than ever.

During these three transformative days, we will not just learn—we will REMEMBER!

We are interested only in practices that work !!!

All practicies we will do at this workshop are:

* Work together as a sacred female circle, fostering cooperation over competition.

* Revive traditions and rituals that reconnect us with our feminine essence.

* Practice exercises focused on opening and freeing the hips to enhance feminine energy flow.

Nourishing bodywork to reconnect with your physical self

Sedona is a jewel for your Heart

This workshop in Sedona is created as a sacred space where women can reconnect with themselves and begin the journey of returning to their inner wisdom.

For thousands of years, women gathered in circles to support one another, to heal, to share knowledge, and to remember their power. This workshop continues that ancient tradition in a modern and respectful way.

During these three days we will create a safe women-only space, where participants can explore their inner world, reconnect with their intuition, and rediscover the strength that naturally lives within them.

If you would like to sign up, please be sure to secure your spot by paying in advance. We prepare herbs and materials specifically for the number of women who register, and we don’t want you to miss out.

What to bring:

* First day: A white outfit (could be a dress).

* Second day: A red outfit (could be a dress).

* A crystal, a notebook and pens, and any personal artifacts you work with.

  •  Offerings for the group altar

This gathering is an opportunity to reconnect with your authentic self, be supported by a sisterhood, and return to the wisdom of our ancestors. Together, we will cultivate kindness, strength, and wisdom, empowering ourselves and each other to step confidently into the future.

About your Guides

Serafima Di

Founder/Owner of the Conscious Body School

Serafima Di chose her path as a practitioner of body practices over fifteen years ago. For her, Conscious Touch has become one of the most valuable earthly experiences.

Currently, Serafima heads the School of Body Practices "Art of the Conscious Body" in Russia and the USA. Her classes on body therapy and women's practices span across the globe, including countries such as Ireland, Egypt, Indonesia, and Thailand.

"I see any body practice as a method of seeing oneself in another person, which helps eliminate unnecessary boundaries in the perception of Duality.

During training, we learn not to fear the Body, restoring natural tactile communication as the foundation of interpersonal exchange. The ability to touch, to express one's feelings non-verbally, is one of the keys to interacting with the surrounding world. We use gentle, harmonious techniques from dynamic Thai massage, anma, and shiatsu, based on the system of chakras and meridians, to understand the workings of the energy bodies and their connection to the physical body.

"The physical body is a wonderful companion, a guide into a world where we gain invaluable experience, discovering ourselves, our true Path, and our purpose. Through this intermediary of our true Self, we can appreciate the beauty of the surrounding world, feel the full spectrum of human emotions, touch love, and learn to create."

The Body is our first Teacher

Serafima has completed over 3500 hours of training in Eastern therapy in the USA under the guidance of Mukti Michael Buck. She has also studied with various masters, including training at the Sunshine School in Chiang Mai, Thailand, with Angelina Martinez Miranda in Mexico, a hereditary Mexican midwife, with Master Ohashi in Japan, who developed the Ohashi Method, and with the students of Drunvalo Melchizedek at the ATIH School in Arizona, USA. Serafima was a speaker at the Canadian Conference of Body Therapists in 2021/2022.

Conscious Body Practice is rooted in the fundamental principles of Interconnection and Exchange, emphasizing the inherent connection among all of us. This practice stems from the understanding that our actions, words, touches, and the ability to experience and demonstrate love are intricately intertwined, creating an extensive network of collective Consciousness. We begin to realize that each individual and their interactions contribute to the overall energy matrix, which is a collective responsibility for harmony and well-being in society.

• Creative Awakening Art Ritual — an intuitive creative practice designed to awaken personal expression and reconnect with feminine creativity. Participants explore symbolic drawing and visual storytelling, co-creating a collective artwork and taking a small piece of it home as a personal reminder of the retreat.

• Grounding Tea Ritual & Nervous System Reset — a gentle herbal tea ceremony combined with a guided practice for calming the nervous system. Through intention sharing, breath, and simple body awareness techniques, participants shift from mental tension into a grounded and present state.

• Meditative Release & Inner Reset Practice — a short guided meditation designed to release emotional tension and restore inner balance. This practical technique helps participants reset their state and reconnect with clarity and calm.
