Conscious Body Method™ Certification
Conscious Body School
Based in the USA / Russia
“The physical body is the first step in understanding our existence.”
This principle guides everything we do at Conscious Body School. Through the body, we begin a deeper exploration of the truth of being.
About the Conscious Body Method™
The Conscious Body Method™ is the result of many years of immersion in both Eastern and Western physical and spiritual traditions. It was founded by Serafima Di, who continues to carry forward this lineage by blending traditional wisdom with modern understanding.
At the heart of the method is a return to natural tactile communication—a lost art in modern society. We teach students not to fear the body, but to embrace it as a sacred tool for connection. Through conscious touch and deep presence, we relearn how to express emotion, care, and energy non-verbally.
The method incorporates a unique synthesis of:
- Dynamic Vedic Thai Massage
- Anma (Japanese massage)
- Shiatsu (acupressure-based bodywork)
- Marma Therapy (Ayurvedic pressure points)
- Chakra and subtle body work
Each technique is taught not just as a skill, but as a path toward awakening the intelligence of the body.
