Red Desert | Rite of Return Workshop in Sedona
We are creating a special workshop in Sedona, a land known for its powerful energy vortexes and ancient geological formations.
During these days together we will explore the connection between Body, Land, and Consciousness through a combination of practices:
• Eastern Bodywork & Conscious Touch – learning how the body releases tension and restores balance through mindful contact and stretching.
• Energy Geometry & Merkaba Work – understanding the sacred geometry of the human field and practicing activation of the Merkaba energy structure.
• Sacred Land Practices – connecting with the natural energy points of Sedona and learning how landscape influences our inner state.
• Women's Circle & Ritual Work – ancient practices designed to restore inner wisdom, balance emotional energy, and reconnect with personal power.
• Energy Center Activation – guided exercises working with specific centers in the body, supported by the natural frequency of the land.
