What You Will Learn:

- Passive Stretching & Assisted Yoga Techniques – Learn how to gently guide the body into relaxing stretches, similar to yoga postures, without force or strain. These techniques help improve flexibility, release tension, and support overall well-being.
- Hands-On Healing Techniques – Even if you’ve never done bodywork before, this class will teach you how to use your hands effectively to support another person’s relaxation, comfort and passive stretching.
- Breath & Body Awareness – Discover the importance of breathwork in bodywork and how mindful breathing can enhance the effectiveness of each technique.
- Basic Thai Yoga Bodywork Sequence – By the end of the workshop, you will know a 55-minute full-body routine that you can confidently practice with family, friends, or future clients.

Serafima Di is the Founder of the School of the Conscious Body, established in 2012, and Vice President of the Vedic Conservatory in Russia and the USA. She has opened schools in both countries and has been teaching and certifying students worldwide, including in Russia, the USA, Ireland, Thailand, and Germany.
